This page explains what information Hubble collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password (we cannot read your password).
- Messages: the support messages and replies you send through your account.
- Reviews: the name, rating and text you choose to publish.
- Technical data: to stop spam we store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address next to reviews, and temporary request counts. We do not store your raw IP address in the database.
How we use it
To run your account, answer your messages, show your public review and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and local storage
- A login cookie keeps you signed in. It is needed for the account area to work.
- Your browser stores your light or dark theme choice and currency preference.
Third parties
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when you visit. Our servers' hosting provider may also process basic connection logs.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your account and messages at any time. Contact us and we will help.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
